From the moment we are born, we will have many different life experiences, which will assist in the programming of our behavioural patterns.
Attached to our life experiences are our emotions, how we felt at the time of the situation. Coupled together, each event or experience is then stored in our subconscious mind. Only to be observed by our behaviour, how we feel or how we think.
